practical, excellence and systematic fatwa
based on Al-Quran, Al-Hadith, Ijma’,
Qiyas and respectable imam’s opinion.
- To develop understandings and
appreciation of community towards the actual
Islamic Laws.
- To develop astronomy field
through educational activities, research and
astro-tourism.
- To handle research and development
in fatwa and astronomy aspect.
- To fully utilize ICT into the
whole department.
- To cooperate with skilled agencies
or non profit organization
